By accessing and using Relay For Life Rossendale, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Use of Service

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Not misuse the platform
• Comply with all applicable laws
• Respect other users

3. Donations

All donations are final and non-refundable except in cases of error or fraud. Donations are processed securely through Stripe.

4. Fundraising

When creating a fundraising page, you agree to:

• Use funds only for Cancer Research UK
• Provide accurate information
• Not make false claims
• Transfer all funds raised to the charity

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you post but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it. You must not post:

• Illegal content
• Offensive or abusive content
• Spam or misleading information
• Content that violates others' rights

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

We provide the service "as is" and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
