Volunteer Roles

Assist with stage setup, equipment management, and performer coordination.

Assist with breakdown and cleanup after the event concludes. Help ensure venue is left clean and organized.

Help set up event infrastructure, tents, and equipment before the event begins. Heavy lifting may be required.

Provide basic first aid and medical assistance as needed throughout the event.

Prepare and serve food to participants and volunteers throughout the event.

Document event activities and share on social media platforms.

Greet and assist cancer survivors during survivor-specific activities and ceremonies.

Monitor the walking track, ensure participant safety, and assist with any track-related issues.

Help manage volunteer check-ins, assignments, and break scheduling.
